TOPIC: Possible Error of My Commission ID# on my Stamp

Possible Error of My Commission ID# on my Stamp 1 year 5 months ago #1712

I recently had to order a new stamp and it just came in but it appears to be missing the left most zero of my ID#. I checked to make sure I included the zero when I ordered and it was there. My question is did the manufacturer make an error and I need to return the stamp to get it corrected or is it acceptable to use the stamp without the zero

for reference FF 0##### where the 0 is the one that is missing, ordinarily it would be a 0, I just need to know if I can use my stamp with that 0 missing.
